In each exercise your pelvis will follow a different pattern, using the numbers of the clock as a guide.
DURATION OF EXERCISES
Aim to repeat each exercise 10 to 20 times. The number of repetitions and length of practice may vary for each person depending on affected side, physical condition, age, gender, and degree of pain. .

There are different stages of back pain.
This 1–10 pain scale will help you determine if exercises with the Pelvic Clock device are appropriate for your current condition.
If your pain can be described as sharp, acute, or unbearable, you should start the pain management treatment recommended by your specialist, followed by physical therapy.
Once you are discharged from the physical therapy, you can use Pelvic Clock exercise device.
ABOUT THE INVENTOR
Yana Blinova, MS is a former Olympic coach.
Nearly two decades ago, her doctors recommended spinal surgery to repair her back ailments: herniated discs, spondylolysis, spondylolisthesis, sacroiliac dysfunction, lumbar spinal stenosis, piriformis syndrome, and sciatica. She decided against it.
Her knowledge, creativity, and persistence led Yana to invent a tool that made that surgery no longer necessary. She achieved this by using a little plastic device she first molded in her 40-square-foot kitchen.
She named it The Pelvic Clock Device as an homage to the iconic lessons of Moshé Feldenkrais and Joseph Pilates.
